(to wit) Charlotte Davies< no role > Singlewoman
Aged twenty three Years or thereabouts
Upon her Oath saith that she never
was Married that she was born in lawful
Matrimony at a House in Union Court
Holborn where in her late Father David
Davis
< no role > then lodged that he said Father
since [..] Rented and lived in a House in
Church Yard Court nextFetter Lane next
Door to the Black Raven in the parish of Saint Andrew Holborn below the Barrs in the City of London for about two Years
at the Annual Rent of £12 that her said
Father died there,& after whichthat her
Mother continued to Reside in &occupy'dRented the
said House for upwards of two Months
after her ssaid late Father's Decease that her
said Motherhathneverafter didhath done any
thing whatever whereby she might have
acquired a Subsequent Settlement And
this Deponent further saith she never was
bound as an Apprentice lived as an hired Yearly
Servant or did any Act Matter or thing
whereby she might have gained or be
intitled unto, any Settlement in her own
Right And that sheis nowis pregnant with a
Child or ChildrenAnd that and is
and is now unable to Maintain herself
