to wit, James Tallant< no role > aged Sixty Years or
thereabouts upon his Oath saith that he
Rented and lived in a House in Bedford Court
in the Parish of Saint Martin in the fields in the
County of Middlesex and Liberty of Westminster
at the yearly Rent of ten Guineas for about
four years that he has quitted the same
about Sixteen Years ago and since that he
has not done any Act Matter or thing
whereby to the best of his Knowledge he
may have gained any subsequent Settlement
and that he is poor and Sick and unable
to maintain himself
