to wit Elizth. Burley< no role > aged about 36 years upon
her Oath saith that in the year 1773 she Intermarried
with Chas. Burley< no role > her present Husband (who is at
present ill in St. Bartholomews Hospital ) at the Parish
Church of St. Mary Le Bone and by whom she hath
3 Children living vizt. Wm. aged about 8 years Jas< no role > . aged
about 9 years and Elizth.< no role > aged about 3 years. That her
said Husband Rented & lived in a House in Ogle
Court in the said Parish of St. Mary Le Bone in the
County of Middx for 3 years or Thereabouts at the
yearly Rent of £30 & paid all Taxes due for the same
that he hath quitted said House about 11 years ago
since which time he has not Rented any House
Tent. or Lodging of £10 a year paid Taxes or done
any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement
