she never was Married Rented a House or
Tenement of £10 a year or ever paid any Taxes
Saith That she was Bound an Apprentice to One
Silvester Field< no role > of Feathers Court Drury Lane in
the Parish of St. Mary le Strand in the Co. of Middx
Staymaker by the Governors of the Foundling
Hospital for the Term of 7 years or Day of Marriage
that She Served the said Term of 7 years
According to the said Indres of Apprenticeship
That since, she hath not done any Act Matter
or thing whereby to the best of her [..] Knowledge
Information or Belief she may have gained any
Subsequent Settlementto the best of her Knowledge
and belief
and that she is Poor and unable to
maintain herself
