the deceased came out saying dam our
I am not as heared of or afrsaid of saying
such a then [..] you and Sent his Roms
upon the St Cuttle of [..] his and Vent
this discharged his Blunderbuss at the
deceased and their took hold of the Maple
of the Blunderbuss and [..] ing the
Butt Rord in a Position to strike the
deceased and said them You take this
and then turned off and went away

was one of the Thames and I heard the
a Watchman say to Vent don't short him
but to be two Prisoner upon which I
said to Vent John you went shoot one upon which
he said it is [..] is not it and I said Yes.
