being sworn deposeth as follows to wit
That the deceased her lodged at my house about three
Months and was very much given to drinking

hasbeen informed that she was subject to
Fits that I saw her about nine on Saturday Night
last (the 3d Instant) when she appeared to be
quite sober that Yesterday morning about 1/4
before six I got up and upon opening my shop
Door in the Passage
I found the deceased lying
motionless in the Passageandagainst my door
upon which I moved her from thence a Little way
to the other side of the Passage
imagining she was
much intoxicated with Liquor as I had two or three
times
