taken this 5 feby 1799 at
the House of Dixon Strachan< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. the Sign of the
Black house orange Court Swallow Sheet in
the Parish of St James on View of the
Body of Robt Stapleton< no role >
Jas. Russell< no role > in Swallow sheet Apothecary
being sworn saith, that he was sent fa ls the
Deced who he found had taken abouts & ½
or of Aqua for his this Dept administers
what he thought proper he comited out
this time, a great deal in Consequence
of this dpt. ordering a great Quantity of
warm water Then Dept has visited himthe
[..] ever since & recommended him
dov he should diet himself the 3d day
he found him much he the & to much
say rendered it unnecessary for him for
him presence further the 4th day
being the 3d. feby he found 4 newsey
seven upon him. this Dept does not
think that if the Deced had her in
good shall of Health the Circumstance
of his has in taken the aqua for he would
[..] produced in Dissolution but
considering the Stall of the Deced
hangs tars think that she taking
