8th. day of Janury 1798 in the Parish of
Saint James at the Dwelling House of
Benjamin Vulliamy< no role > in Pall Mall
before Anthony Gell< no role > his Majesty's
Coroner for the said City & Liberty
touching the Death of Francis
Vulliamy [..] an Infant then & there
lying dead, as follow
To Wit.

Benjamin Lewis Vulliamy< no role > of No. 74 Pall Mall
Brother to the deceased being sworn deporeth that
a little after four o'Clock in the afternoon on Friday
last the 5th. Jany instant, being in the Back Room
of the one Pair of Stairs, his Younger Brother Justin
Theodore
< no role > came and told him that his Brother
Frank (meaning the deceased aged abot. 12 & ½ Years) was lying in the
Yard bloody whereupon this Deponent went
down Stairs immediately and found the deceased
lying motionless in the Area and blood about
his Nose and Face upon which this Deponent
took him up in his Arms and carried him
