put of the Way up Stairs & by the Assistance of
two other Persons conveyed him into the beck
Room up 2 [..] of Stairs end one of the Persons
(Vizt. the Clark) went and fetched Mr. Wild
of Pall Mall Surgeon who came immediately
and by the Assistance of Mr. Kute another Surgeon
they examined the body of the deceased who
was then Speechless but had some Signs of
Life. That in the Forenoon of the said [..] 5th
of Jany he had made a Hole in one of the
Pictures in the Parlour and his Further [..] said he
would correct him for it, and told him to
go away, and this Deponent is of opinion
that he went upon the Leads of the House
and by some means or other he accidentally
fell from thence upon the Iron Rails in
in Yard and [..] from thence into the
Areas, and died about 9 o'Clock the same
Evening and that his death was
occasioned by the Fall,

being sworn deporeth that on Friday last
between 4 & 5 in the Afternoon he was sent
for by Mr. Vulliamy to come to see his Son
[..] who had met with an Accident, and
when he came he found both his Thighs
broken, the one a Compound the other
a simple Fracture, and had great reason
to conclude that there had been a great
concussion of the Brain which was
principally the Cause of his death as he
remained insensible from the time of
the Accident until his death which
happen'd about 8 o'Clock the same
Evening.
