the Parish of St. Jane Westmr
at the House of Wm. Hetherington< no role > [..]
the Sign of the Ball in Swallow
Shut before Anthony Gill< no role >
his Majesty's Coroner for the
sd. City and Liberty touching the
Death of James Parker< no role > then
and there lying dead as follow,
To Wit.

Wm. Hetherington< no role > of the Sign of the Bull in
Swallow Street Victualler being sworn deporeth
that he has resoled in the said House newly two
Months during which time the deceased has
frequented his House and has been in [..] very
poor Stable of health and constantly sat close
to the Fire that between 7 & 8 this morning
as the deceased was coming out of the Stable
Yard into the House he was taken very ill &
denied some Persons in the Yard to [..] him
and fell down in the Yard and they brought
him into this Deponents House and this
Deponent went to an Apothecary in Piccadilly
