Parith St. James Westmr at
the House of Thos. Greenaway< no role > the
Sign of the Crown & Punch Bowl
in Rupert Street before Anthy Gell< no role >
his Majesty's Coroner for the said
City & Liberty touching the Death
of John Kippin< no role > then & there
lying dead as follow to Wit

John Archer< no role > of No. 21 Stanhope Street Clare
Market Taylor being sworn deposeth that he
has known the deceased about Twenty Years
that he has observed him for the space of five
Weeks last past to have been in a State of
Insanity but the Cause thereof he does not
know that about 11 o'Clock this morning
Mrs. Kippin sent to acquaint this Deponent
that her Husband had drowned himself in
the Water Tub in the back Kitchen about
½ past 9 last Night that during these last
5 Weeks the deceased had a Feaver upon him
and his Wife informed this Deponent took a Pot
which he used often to do to draw same Water
to drink and when she went down she found
him
