at the Dwelling House of John

Majesty's Coroner for the said
City and Liberty touching the
Death of James Aldridge< no role > then
and then lying dead, as follow,
to Wit.

John Wilson< no role > House Surgeon at the Westmr
Infirmary (being sworn deposeth that abot
a Fortnight ago the deceased was brought
to the said Infirmary when this Deponent
was informed that the deceased had received
a Kick upon his Face (from a Cart Horse
belonging to Messrs. Ward & Co. Coal Merchants
in Northumberland Street which had frac
tur'd his Jaw and divided considerable Artery whch
hastened his Death (as he was [..]
[..] far gone in a Consumption
and that he died yesterday Morning
between 3 and 4 o'Clock in Consequence
