of St James [..] Dwelling
house of Joseph Coper< no role > the Sign of the
White Horse in New Burlington Street
in the Parish aforesaid before Anthony
Gell
< no role > his Majesty's Coroner for the said
City and Liberty touching the Death
of Eleanor Izard< no role > then laid their lying
dead as follow To Wit

James Russell< no role > of Swallow Street of Apothecary
being sworn deposeth that yesterday the 4th Inst

come to Eleanor Izard< no role > and [..]
he perceived no Sign of Life in her ho [..]
he ordered her to be laid upon the bed and
[..] ordered her to be rubbed with Spirts of
Hartshorn as he was informed she had a

[..] but it [..] it did
not answered the wished for Effect as she
never should any Symptoms of Life
afterwards
