Samuel Artus< no role > of [..] waiter to Mr [..]
of the White Horse [..]
being intorrogated deposeth that yesterday
about 11 o'Clock be in the Forenoon he went
to Mr. Izards Shop for half a [..]
of Coals and the deceased said she would
come down and come him directly and
came down Stairs directly into the Collar and recved him
with the ½ bushell of Coals and asked him of
he could carry then and he answered yes and the
[..] and she put the Coals

into his Tub and [..]
them and immediately afterwards she taken
round the C [..] and fell down and was quite [..] upto [..] less whereupon
he run up from the Cellar into the Shop and
called for Mr Izard but he was no but have
then he ran up Stairs and Mr. William one called to [..]
the Lo [..] who ran down Stairs [..] the
deceased and bid this Deponent go and [..]
Mr Russell an Apothecary in [..] Street
who come soon afterwards and then this
Deponent went [..] and took his Coals home

by the Visitation of God on Friday
the 4th. day of Septr. 1795
