in the Moon of when this Dept. awake & saw the Deced Settg.

this Sept. is sure she was not in Liquor that night

to the Willow Walk that she said she had seen agent

desired her to take as many as she pleasedThis Dept.

[..] Saith that behold to a Woman some days past
[..] home he apprehended whe the Deced there Penny worth
of arsenic which she said was to destory Rats. she
shad bought just before one penny Count of Something
but he does not recollect what the person to whom he
told the answer was not the time Perfectly she [..]
Some beeings after this he was called in to a Woman
who was indisposd he went of found at Woman
very Sick [..] be asked her of she was the Person who
bot. of him the Arsenic some days part she replied
yes & that she had taken abt 1/2 of this. this Dept
however is sure that she could have taken but a very
Small quantity he is inclined to think that she
took a very small Quantity not not with a view to destroy
herself but to terrify her reltns with a view to bring about

Sworn deposeth & saith that he opened the
the body of the Deced this Dayhe found on this
Part of the Stomach where food or anything
k [..] first falls to have been very much inflamed
& the Stomach in general was inflamed. He found
thickening & ulceration in the internal part of the
Stomach & the Anus was Particularly
reduced these Symptoms cannot be produced
by any other Cause but that of an acrid
Poisontherethis Dept. is Confirmed in
his own mind that the deced had taken
Some Poison but it much had been an [..]
Small quantity first enough to been
destroyed He has not any doubt from the
observation which he made but that
she died from the Effects of poison

Deced has been much addicted to Drinking [..]
in Consequence to have deprived her of her right
sences. He has thought to even before the Accident
