Information of [..] taken
this 10 august 1795 at the dwelling Hours of
Sign of the Crown in York Parish of St Margt
or view of the Body of Jeremiah Maley< no role >
Henry Ward< no role > house Surgeon at the Westmr.
Informary
being Sworn deporeth & smith that the Deced was
out. into the sd. Jury on Sunday the 2d. [..]
upon Inquiry le found the Deced had fallen
out of a window but he did not find any
great external Marks of Violence the deced
had afarmer & which contd. all the time he
was in the Infirmary & larley he had a
jaundice the Deced lived till last Saturday
when he died this dept opened the Deced
and found a great Laceration in the right lobe of the liver in which [..]
a vast quantity of blood the [..]
the Belly this into [..]
the [..] & this Dept. has no Doubt >
but that it was the Cause of the Death
