Cordwainer & Shoemaker
being Sworn Deposeth, & saith that he has Known
the Deced 30 yr & who was a Shoemaker & who
Lodged at the sd. House this Dept Saith that
the Deced had been indisposed for the Last three
Weeks & from his appearance he thinks
him to have been out if his Mind that he
has had drems this time every great fever
on SundaySundaySenning last the 2d. Inst. the
DeptDeed got up abt. 5 O' Clock & this Dept
le appeared in then [..] than usual
[..] apon sunday till abt. agt.beforeone
O'Clock when this Dept & the Decr. foth
went to Disner in above has of Stair Room
the Deced did not eat more than two thought puts
& there retired from the Table & appeal very
two be [..] in the [..] Room
Robin at this Dept. Recomendation Le ment
up into his bed room one Storey his her
ordr. to take some rest this Dept. ment with
him & afficted him to Bed & them Quitted the
Chem be in about 5 minutes this Dept. ment to
buy some cheese able 10 yd distant [..] he
ret [..] red his Door [..] the Deced had Fallen off of the
Stock this serpt. immediately ment into the room
& found him out of Bed Settg upon his Seat with his

Slippers on this Dept. converted with him [..]
then 2 Minutes & qutted his Chamber & ment into he
own Room & had not sat there more than 3 minutes
when he saw the Deced fall nearly in front of the
Window - this Dept. ment immediately down stone
in to the Court where the Deced- He assisted to
take him up he was soon Carrd. into this Dye
Champe & Medical assistance Procured
soon after this sewan taken into the westmr
the deced asked this Dept. Low he came out of the
Window & said that he had bear out of his [..]
for the last Fortnigjht. this Dept. Saith that
Nobody was in the Room at the time the Deced
fell out if the Windowhe has no Doubt
put that he threw himself out & was at the
time deli [..] com & out of his Ward.

Verdict

That Jeremiah Maley< no role > being delirious & out of his
Mind on Sunday the 2d. august 1795 thew
himself out of a three Pair of Stairs Window in
Round Court whereby he received an internal
Mortal Injury of which he languished at
the Westmr Infy. till Saturday the 8th. Inst.
& of which Injury so received he died on the same
day.
