in [..] the Bason belonging to the Water
Closet, and then this Deponent advised
and assisted in removing the deceased
from the said Water Closet into a [..]
his Bed Room up three Pair of Stairs.
That he was informed that the deceased had
been ill for a considerable time and
attended by [..] Physician and apothecary

Hotel being sworn deposeth, that the deceased
has not been well for nearly 18 months
last past and scarcely ever went our out of the
house, and has been worse for these last three
months that in a Morning for 6 Weeks.
last past he used generally to be raving
and distracted in his Mind which her still
increased

increased upon him so much that she
is opinion he was at times deranged and
out of his Sences and could attribute
it to nothing but want of Sleep
that he came to breakfastedwith this deponent
Yesterday morning about 9 o'Clock
as usual but [..] did not take so much
Refreshmr. as usual that he walked
about the Room gnashing his teeth
which he had frequently done attems before
and soon afterwards went up Stairs
and put on his Dressing Gown as
usual and this deponent never saw
him afterwards until she with others
found him in the Water closet with
his Throat cut. That on Tuesday or
Wednesday last in the Forenoon she saw
a great agitation in the Eyes of the
deceasd at which time he was then
