the Death of Thomas Davies< no role >
Hatter late of Bond Street aforesd
then & there lying dead as
follow to wit.

< no role > deceased being sworn deposeth that
the deceased had been very in difference in
part of health for the space or Wap [..]
premises to his Death and had [..]
[..] complained of a pays in his head for a few days
to Monday last (this day of his death)
that between 11 & 12 o'Clock on Morning
last the deceased went from home and about
this Quartes of an hour a Afterwards this Deponent
