this 22d. June 1795 in the Parish of
St. Paul Covent Garden at the Dwelling
house of Mr. Watkins the Sign of the
Conpitation in Bedford Street Covent
Garden before Anthony Gell< no role > is
Majestys Coroner for this City and
Liberty touching the death of Eliz
Ann Chinning

there lying dead as followeth, to wit

Elizabeth Homan< no role > House Keeper of the
Westmr. Fire Office being sworn deposeth
That she took Care of that Thamp [..] she had
the Care of an Female Infant Child of her
Sister, That at 4 o'Clock in the Afternoon on
Saturday last the 20th Instant a Gentleman in
his Carriagemounted at the stmay the
Street Door Bell upon which this Deponent
(who was in Kitchin with the deceased Child left
her in the Kitchen and went to the Gentleman
at the Street Door and after some Convenation
he desired to go up Stairs into the Office and
