sit down by the fire & their Dept. sat upon his Knee
the Recd. then said to the saidJanson (Serving

replied he would & got up immediately & said to the

affront the. [..] nearly dressedgot up &when nearly dressed

Companion who was up Stairs & unto belonged
to the Same Regiment Saying he would stay no longer man [..] was come Tom [..] came down
immediately in his Shirt & Ins. March with this Dept. ment
immediately to the door to present Four [..] coming in
this Dept. since finds that Tom so called. is Thos.
WaltersSamson did not [..] Move from the Bed Side.
this Dept. and the Deced was standing against the Door
& on a suddarand or a Suddar Ins. March left the Doors
& ment towards the [..] fine & bett downthe Door opened
immediately and thos. Walter fell down upon his Knee in the [..]
he had only a Shirt on and a Sword in his right
handthos Walten immediately got up and
ment out of the Room without saying a Word he took his Sword with him
Immediately [..] Thos. Walter< no role > going out [..] Sarah Smith< no role > [..]
came in & [..] out that March was Sainting & upon going
towards him [..] said that he was stables then Dept
immediately went to the deced & he [..] ving that he was
wounded near the come [..] out of his Breat unbuttoned his Waitcoat endeavd.
to stop the bleeding & desired that a Surgeon might
be sent for the Deced never spoke any other Word out
I am a Surgeonfrom [..] & another person if the Family came from the [..] in about half another
[..] & the Deed had just about theat time dield, The
Surgeon declared that he was a dead man
this Dept. [..] does not think that Walters & March
[..] at all acquainted with each other [..] does the shenk
that March is as acquainted either in the
Walter or Sampson. this Deponent near
saw either Walters or Samson before lant

[mark] this Dept. saith that Walters & Sanmon & Elizabeth [..]
Mitchell supped in her room with her on Tuesday Evening
last. they had Beef Stakes & Mutton Chops 2 potts
of Porter & 3 Quarters of gin & Raspberry. the said Walter
& Elizabeth Mitchell< no role > left this Depts. Room
about ½ past nine O'Clock.
