Elizabeth Mitchell< no role > a Single Woman a Lodger with
Mr. Pippen at No. 9 in the new Almoury aforesaid
being Sworn deposeth & saith That she has lodged
there near two years. this Dept. known Elizabeth
Green
< no role > who has lodged in the said Home about two
Months last past. the also knows that John March< no role >
has visited the said Elizabeth Green< no role > very frequently
d [..] ing the last three Weeks. This Deponent was
walking with the said Elizabeth Green< no role > on Tuesday
Evens last abt. ½ part six O'Clock they [..] meet in the
Tom where sir name she knows went) & Samsour at the Horse - Guards - Elizabeth
Green

drink - the said Tom & Samson brot. two half
Pents off in & they drank it between then
& then they all four came into the Lodging Room
of the said Elizabeth Green< no role > [..] they arrived [..] about
seven o'Clock the same EveningThey all
supped together [..] Room about 9 o'Clock
they had beef Stakes & Mutton Chop 2
Ports of Poter & some Ginabout ½ past
9 o'Clock the same Evening tom & this Dept. left the Room
& ment into the Apartment of this Dept& she & Tom ment into her own Lodging

they had just got into Bed & this Dept. heard Samsory
call'd out Tom, come down, [..] I wont stay any
longer- upon Which Tom immediately went down
& took [..] handundressed saying that he would take his Sword and Set him Com [..] This Deponent
hearinghearinga Person scream out, immediately
ment [..] down Stairs - & into the Room of Elizabeth

< no role > the said Elizabeth & Samson were standing
at the Door & heart was lying down by the
fin - Side - this Dept. asked what was the maller
& Elizabeth Green< no role > replied go for a Doctor that
Marsh was st [..] this Dept. never saw Ton
after [..] her roomhe went down Stairsthis Dept. staid in [..]
Greens Room about a yr. of an other & then [..] [..]
her own Room fa her Cloak. the took a Candle in the
her & received that all Tom's Cloaths [..] Soul
this Dept. ment for persons of the Faculty &
two from the [..] Mr. Infirmg. came in the
her in abt. a yr. of an hour but when they
[..] [..] the said Jno. Marsh< no role > was then dead.
the Surgeon on examing the sd. Jns. Marsh declared
that he was a dead man.
