Floor where the deceased lodged to light a Candle
and when she pushed the Room Door open which
was not fastened she saw the deceased hanging
in the middle of the Room suspened ley a Cord round her
Neck and fastned to a Hook in the Ceiling
whereupon being very much frightned she
ran [..] up Stairs and told her Husband what
had happend and she went immediately after
a Doctor, and her Husband called to Mr. Broad
who went up Stairs with him and cut the
lord and laid her upon the Table and room
afterwards the Doctor came with this Deponent
and said he could do nothing for the deceased as
she was quite dead.

Thos. Broad< no role > of Pettyford Yard being sworn
deposeth that Yesterday between our and two
o'Clock in the afternoon Mr. Farrel called
to him to bring a Knife with him whereupon

he ran up staires into the Room where the deceased
was hanging , and he immediately cut the Cord
and laid her on the Table by which time or
room after Mr. Ferrel and others came into the
Room and room after the Doctor came who
falt her Pala and said it was to no purpose
to try any Experiments as she was quite dead.
