Informations of Witness taken this 16th. day
of June 1794 in the Parish of St. James Westmr.
at the Dwelling house of John T [..] ley, the Sign
of the Bell in Market Street St. James's
Market before Anthony Gell< no role > Esqr his
Majesty's Coroner for the said City and
Liberty touching the Death of David
Williams
< no role > then and there lying dead, as
fellow.

Edward Davis< no role > of the Hay Market apprentice to
Mr. Sharp being sworn upon the and with that
about half past 9, o'Clock yesterday morning the 15th. Instt
he dressed the Hair of the deceased who then appeared
to him to be [..] in good health as usual and there
sh [..] himself first and cut himself a little
and upon this Deponent observing that he had [..]
his Face a little with the Razor, he said he had been
bled the preceding day and could not use his left
arm so well as usual

Wm. Steel< no role > of St. James's Market Drover being Sworn
deponent that [..] a little after ten o'Clock yesterday
morning the 15th. Instant as he was coming by St. James's
Market Mr. Spencer a Butcher desired him to go to the
house of the deceased on something was the matter there
and upon his going to the said House [..] the Goodson requested
him
