25th. day of June 1794 in the Parish of
St. Mary le Strand at the Dwelling house of
Wm Francis< no role > the Sign of the Edinburgh Castle
in the Strand before Anthony Gill< no role > his
Majesty's Coroner for the said City of
Liberty, touching the Death of Lyddy
Ann Wortley this and there lying
Dead as follow Vizt.

Nelly Farril< no role > of Pettyford Yard Little Drury
Lane being sworn deponth and saith that
she lived in the House (belongg to her Bror. in wch.
the deceased and her Husband Aparments and her
Known the deceased living there about four or
five months thatof thethe was much given
to drinking and of late has appeared at times
to hure been very wild and law spirited and
appeared sometimes to be out of her mind and
that she and her Husband lived any unhappy
lives that between one and two o'Clock in the Afternoon
on Tuesday last the 24th. Instt. this Deponentment
down from the 2 Pr. of Stain Room to the first
Floor
