Informations taken this 3d. day of Augt. one
thousand seven hundred and ninety two at the House of
James Hill in Mount Street Grovenor Square known
by the Sign of the Barley Mow . respecting Dist
of John Moloy< no role >

John George< no role > of Green Street in the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square Hair Dresser being sworn saith
that on Wednesday morning last the first of August
Instant as he was walking with his Children in Hyde Park about
nine of the Clock he saw near the small stone
house by the Serpentione River two men lifting
the Body of the deceased from [..] a Boat and
laying it upon the Bank which two Redfon
in formed him that they a Gentleman on Horse back
had told then that about on hour before, he
saw the deseased take of his Cloaths and go
into the said River, that he ran into the Water
a if he intended to swim and immediately
disappeared and as he did not see him wise
up again above the surface of the Water he
apprehended that he was drowning and therefore
the said Gentleman (where Name they did not know)
rode round from the opposite put of the
River to acquaint then therewith that
thereupon
