Mermont together That Wild and the
deceased went out of the House together
a little before Eleven o' Clock in the greatest Friendship but which
way they went Deponent does not know
and the rest of the Company dispersed
That Deponent never saw the deceased
afterwards till since her Death nor has he
[..] seen Wild since that time until
this dayThat Deponent went to his
Lodgings almost immediately and went
to Bed

Square being Sworn saith That about half
on House fast Eleven o' Clock at night on
monday last Deponent was Deponent was
at the end of Grosvenor [..] Strul in Park Lane
he observed a [..] Man who appeared
to be dressed in a Soldiers red Fisch and Cocked Hat and
a Woman go into Hyde Park at Grasvener
Gate , That the Man pushed upon the Gate
and the Woman entered the Park first and
they both seemed very sociable together
That about a Quarter of an Hour afterwards
deponent heard the Voice of a woman at
some distance which appeared to deponent
as A she was on distress but could not
understand what she wanted, That deponent
was almost opposite the Bason in Hyde
Park and if there had been any cry of murder
on other house near the said Bason alas
deponent must have heard
