thereupon the said two persons aforementioned
went into the Boat and had been draging about
unknown for the Body of the Second before
they found it, which they had but just Effected
before this Deponent came up to them
And this Deponent further saith that there
appeared no marks of Violence upon the Body
nor any Signs of Life in it and the he waited
there about there Quarters of an hour when
a Shill was brought and he saw the Corps
put into it and the Top of the Skill nailed
down and saw [..] three Men (one of which
was one of the two persons that took the Body
out of the Water) carry the said shall towards
Chesterfield Gate .

The Verdict That the deceased came to his doth
accidentally lay bathing in the Serpentine
River in Hyde Park in the Parish of St
George Hanover Square in the Liberty of
Westminster on the first day of August 1792.
