observed no Marks of violence
upon the Deced, That he took out of
the Deced's Pockets one Guinea
Seven shillings and Six Pence
and a Tobacca Box. which he gave
to the Governor of St. Martin's West house

Parton Street Gentleman's Servant on
his Oath saith That on Thursday last
(as Dept. belives) the Deced came to
the Sign of the Red Lyon in Parliament
Street the Deced wanting to go
to Halley's wharf Wapping on desired
Dept. to go with him which Dept.
agreed to, and they accordingly went
and took a Boat at the North side of
Westmr. Bridge , the Deced this Dept.
an a Waterman being in the Boat
Says that they were got about there
Middle of the River and about fifth
Yards below Bridge Says that the
Deced being in Liquor fell over Board
and Dept. saw the Deced. come up all
immediately after Sink in the River
and was Drowned, and Says that it
was merely accidental
