day of August 1791 at the Parish of
St. John the Evangelist with in the
Liberty of Westmr . in the County of
Middlesex upon an Inquisition
touching the death of Stephen Phill [..]
lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County

Daniel Olive< no role > of Mite's Rents Nood Street West [..]
Carman on his Oath saith, That he was Yesterday
Afternoon upon Mr. Francis Douglas< no role > 's Liberty [..] upon
Mill Bank in the Parish of St. John the Evangelist
Westmr. and Says that Stephen [..] th more the
Deced was running upon some Coal Bar [..]
Floating upon the River Thames at Mr. Douglas
Wharf. Dept was in the next Barge and
hearing some body fall into the River [..]
Dept. looking some saw the Deced [..]
Water catched at him but could not [..]
the Deced who sunk immediately under
the Barge, Says that he believes the [..]
in running along the side of the Burge
accidentally fell into the River no Persons
being in the Barge with the Deced when
he fell into the Water
