they accordingly went out together to Tothill
Fields , the Deponent and some others fallomed
them, they both Stript, Shook hands, and went
to Fighting, they fought for near an Hart
in the course of the Battle each of them received
many Falls. Thomas Hadley< no role > who was Second
to the Deceased, Said to the Deceased in the
hearing of the Deponent, I think you have the
Worslaf it and you had better give out, and the
Deceased answered No. Illfight for there Hours
longer, they met once together against and laid hold
of one another and both fell at the same time, and
the Deceased was rather under most, they were
both helped up by the Seconds and they each
sat in their seconds Kneas, in about half a
Minute the Deceased got up and said he would
lick Scott in two Blows more, and the Deced
had not got above two Yards (the second having
hold of his Arms) and wheeling round as if
Drunk, fell down on his side, he was helped
up, and he vomited, and set on Deponent's Knee
but was not then Sensible nor afterwards, and
the Deceased was soon after removed to the
Regirmental Hospital in Petty France . In
about half an hour or there quarters he went to
the Hospital and saw the Deceased, and he
appeared to he quite senceless, some times
sighed and fitched his Breath quite hard
Scott told the Deponent that he had hear to
the Hospital to lee the Deceased, that the
Doctors told home there were to hopes of his
recorery, that he was every Lorry and did not
know what to do, and cried every much

that on Saturday the twenty fifth day of June

understood they had been a fighting, the Deced
