the 14th. Instant where he saw the Dece'd wallking
in the Yard, when Deced'd desired this Deponent Would
he so good as to go to his Lodgings in Paradise Row
Chelsea and to bring him come Cloaths a Shirt and
his Razor shawing Box and Strass to chase him that
he might go clean to Bow Street next Morning, at
the same time delivering the Keys ofthehis Room [..]
and Street Door, says that he went to Chelsea and
brought a leat Two Waistcoats a Handkerchief Three
Razors a Shawing Box and Strap, which he delivered to
the Deced, in Bridewell the Presence of Mr. Bryan & others, says
that the Deced asked how long it would he till the Old Bailey
Sessions andwhatwas informed by Mr. Bryan it would
he about 5 Weeks, said that he was sure he should
he committed and wished to know where he should he
sent to, to which Mr. Bryan answered that he could
not tell whether it would he to Newgate or Bridewell
says that the Deced appeared to be perfectly sensible
when he saw him at Bridewell and Bow Street

Samuel Hanbury< no role > of King Street Westmr . Surgeon
on his Oath saith that this Morning about Five o' Clock
he was called to see a Person who had cut his Throat
in Tothill Fields bridewell Says that he came and found Deced dead having a

large Wound in his Throatandabout the Length of Three
Inches, that he had divided the Carotid Artery and the
Trachea and found him bleeding in a Pailhe then
appeared just dead, says that the Wound in the Deceds
Throat was the Cause of his Death, which appeared
to be given with a Razor which was shown to DeponentDept. saw lying by
the Bed side saysand was said to be found by the side of the Bed that it appeared a very delibarate
Act

William Bryan< no role > Under Keeper of Tothill Fields Bridewell
on his Oath saith, That on Tuesday Even ye. last the
Deced was brought a Prisoner to the said Prison charged
with stealing Sixteen Shirts and other Articles the
Property of Henry Muller< no role > , the Deced then appeared
to he perfectly well and went to Bed, says that
Yesterday in the afternoon the Deced came to this
Deponent & paid him eighteen pence for his Bed
and delivered to him a beat and Waistesat, saying
that he was to go to Bow Street this Morning the
Deced being then in perfect Health and appeared to
be quite Lennible says that he went to Bed about
a Quarter after Nine o' Clock last Night and that
Thos. Coleman< no role > another Prisoner kept in another
Bed in the same Room, says that about a Quarter
