to be very low Spirited to a Degree, did not Eat and Dr [..]
as was necessary, nor did not sleep well some [..]
were administer to him, under the Physicians directions
he was with the Deceased on Sunday the 27th. of March for
the last time, the Deceased then as usual complained very
much, said he had had a restless Night and no Sleep

Hester Nisbell< no role > Spinster of No. 29 Baldwins Gardens Grays Inn
Lane , Laundress , on her Oath saith that she attended the
Deceased as Laundress at his Chambers in Grays Inn in the County of Middlesex for Nine Years and a half, the Deceased
was very low Spirited, and frequently would not Speak
or has been so at times since Christmas last was so on
Sunday the 27th. of March about Seven o'Clock in the Evening
when she last saw himthe Deceased has frequently
told the Deponent when she has asked him how he
did in a Morning that he was very much distracted by
Dreams and Could not sleep or restDeponent since Christmas
last thought the Deceased was a much attended Man
as he formerly used to be Chearfull and Merry.
