Beer, while he was in the Bar he heard a Noise on
the outsidehe saw two Men in their Shirts in the
Street who he was informed was the Deceased & Smith
he went out into the Street and saw the Deceased
down in the gutter, and saw a Gentleman Servant
helping him upthe Deceased ask'd where his
Antagonist wassome Body answered I'm here, or
he's hereas the Deceased was lifted up he saw
the Blood on the life side of the Deceased facethey
met again and both fell and the Deceased was uppermost
after the Deceased was helped up again his Antagonist
saidMurderIt is Wilful MurderSome Person said
to Smith, You are not hurt, I'll see fan Playthey
Met again and were both down on the Pavement, and
the Deceased was uppermost, and Smith then said
the Deceased had hit his Fryersometime after [..]
Deceased& Smithwerewas persuaded to havetherehis Shirt [..]
off and then they had another scuffle, and and the Deced
struck at Smith and missed his Blow, and fell agst.
the Iron Rails on the Foot Pavement. the Watchman,
then came up and spring his Rattle and then they
Parted, and the Deponent went home
