Thomas Davis< no role > at the White Lyon in lower Brookstreet
on his Oath saith That on Thursday Morning last about
half past 8 o'Clock the Deceaed near brought to his
Home in a Coach, his Boy came and told him that
Simon who was acquantance of King the Coachman in
south Malton Street was brought in a Hackney Coach
very Domark, Deponent came and enquired of the
Coachman what he was going to do with him and
where he brought him from, he said he bought him
from Mr. Thomas the Public Home in Piccadilly by
Mr Thomas derne< no role > , and Laid Deponent must take him
in for he had told Mr. Thomas he lodged at Deponent
House, Deponent said he old not lodge more, but that he
was every Day at his Home with Mr king the Coachman
being a kind of a Cadet to mr. King Deponent Resigned
the Coachman to take him over the way to Mr. King
but he not being willing Dept sent for Mr. King. Mr King
came, but sent he had never Bed for him for fear his Master
Mistress should hear it and cause him Anger-Mr.King
therefore resigned Deponent to has the Deced the Woman in his Room
Dept said it should he very mentioned to him to have
a Drunker had these as he had Walkman coming into
Breakfast. Deponent first turned himself in his
House, when the Coachman brought in the Deceased
on his Shoulder, and placed him on a seal in the
Tap Room, where he remained from about a Quarter before
Nine till part 3 o'Clock, being all that time As [..]
with his Head on his Arms on a Table about a [..]
after three the Deceaded was attempted to be walked but did as
another part of the Room, and in Sometime after the
Deceased began to be sick and heard much, but did not
Vomit-Deponent applied to me Worper of saint
George's parish and related the circumstances and
Deceased was put in a Hackney Coach and saith
to St, George's Workhouse .

St. George Workhouse on his Oath saith that on Thursday
last in the Afternoon he was dont for to the Workhouse
and saw the Deced in the Sick Ward his Appearance
and cormtenance was Deathy, Depont, his Pulse attempted to feel
but could not find any and the E [..] tes was cold the
only appearence of Life, was find one Gasp Dept
had up his Arm and opened a both but he did not Bleed
he then emergd his Rect in hot water and used [..] Friction to
