in her Apartment in the Dwelling House of

County aforesaid, and having a lighted Candle before her upon the Table
It so happened That Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune, the Linen
Cloathes, which she the said

fire, by reason whereof, the Breast Neck and Head of her the said

, were then and there violently and mortaly burnt, of which
said burning she the said

then and there died.
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do say, that the said

Casually and by Misfortune came to her Death and not otherwise.
