Informations taken this Twelfth day of
November 1789 at the Parish of St.
George Hanover Square within the Liberty
of Westmr in the County of Midsex upon
an Inquisition touching the death
of William Adams< no role > lying dead in the
said Parish Liberty and County.

Vincent Doggett< no role > Servant to James Spencer< no role >
of Oxford Street in the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square Dealer in Horses, on this
Oath saith That John Crutchfield< no role > of St. Flors [..]
Bridge Colourman who had bought a Blanket
Horse of Mr. Spencer sent the same Horse
back to Mr. Spencer to have his Tail Docket
to Match his other Coach horse says that
he this Dept. William Adams< no role > the Deceds
and two other Men this Men went to cut
the Horse Tail in Mr. Spencer Yard, says
that the Horse was Bridge and Twisted and was a
very Quiet Horse and by no means
vicious that he hold up the Horse Tail
and that the Deced cut of his Tail
and Dept seaced the Tail with a Hot Jury
and that Benjamin Indt< no role > another Man
held up the near fore foot, but the Horse through
himself down Benjamin Cred< no role > but go the
Horses foot and the Deced going across
the Yard behind the Horse and the Horse
at that instant with Cock of his hinder
feel kicked the Deced upon his Stourup
and he immediately fell down backwards
the Yard, says that the Deced Ground
but never spoke afterwards and died in about five
Minutes in concurrence of the Kick he
received in the Stomach which was
merely Accidental the Deced being doing
nothing to the Horse at that time and
was under no necessary of going behind
the Horse
