is true is every part of it

Richard Thompson< no role > North Andley Street
Surgeon on his Oath saith That this Morning
between Eight and Nine o'Clock he was
desired to came to Mr Spencer to see a
Servant who had reced a Kick from a
Horse when he went the Deced the Deced
says that he Hempted to bleed the Deced
in the iregular Vein and used all other
Mathew to restore the Deced to Like but
in vain and Dept believes that the
Deced died on consequance of the Kick
he received from a Horse
