That on the first day of April in the
Year aforesaid the said

was in a certain Stable situate
in Lambourn Mews in the said Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
within
the Liberty and County aforesaid and that a Horse in the said Stable with his
hinder Feet Kiched at and against the said Humphrey Cooper by reason whereof
the said

did then and there Accidentally Casually and by
Misfortune receive a mortal Bruise in and upon the right side of his Belly
near the Gwin of which said mortal Bruise he the said

at the said Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
within the Liberty and
County aforesaid from the said first day of April in the year aforesaid until
the second day of the same Month did languish and languishing did live
On which said second day of April in the year aforesaid at the said Parish
Liberty and County he the said
Humphrey Cooper< no role >
of the mortal Bruise aforesaid
did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that
the said Humphrey Cooper in manner and by he means aforesaid Accidentally
Casually and by Misfortune came to his Death and not otherwise.
