that the Horse was a Brown Bay Coach horse
the Property of Colonel Lake, of the said
Parish of St. George Westmr.

Edward Smith< no role > on his Oath saith, that his
Horses stand in a Stable in Lambourn
Mews adjoining to Colonel Lake's Stable
That on Wednesday last in the Afternoon
Dept. was in his Stable when the Deced
lay upon some Straw in the Yard complained
of being hurt by a Horse kicking him in
the Stable below his Navel, Says that he
assisted the Deced up Stairs and afterwards
went with the Deced to his Lodgings, in
Chapel Street , where a the Deced died yesterday
as Dept. was informed, and Deced told Dept.
that there was no Man with Deced in the
Stable when the Horse kicked him.
