Thomas Brown< no role > of Cator Street Pimlico
Surgeon on his Oath saith That on Tuesday
Night a little after Twelve o'Clock Dept. was
fetched to Mr. Dean's House where he
carefully Examined the Body of Teren [..]
Mc. Donald
< no role > [..] found no Marks of
violence there upon, Says that he was
informed the Deced had fallen into the
Area of an uninhabited House at
Pimlico and Dept. thinks that the
Deced was Stranglad his Neckcloth
being very tight about his Neck
Says that he and two other Surgeons
endeavoured for some time to restore
the Deced to Life, but without effect
the Deced being dead.

James Dorney< no role > a Watchman of the
Parish of St. George Hanover Square
on his Oath saith That on Tuesday
last the Seventeenth Instant as he
was calling the hour of Twelve, he
found the Deced lying upon his Back in
the Area of an uninhabited House at
Pimlico in said Parish Says that he used
his Rattle and several Man came there
and Thomas Marchant< no role > a Milk man went
into the Area and brought the Deced out,
he being dead but not quite Cold, Says
that he assisted to carry Deced to Mr. D [..]
where Surgeons endeavoured to restore
the

the Deced to Life for some time, but
without effect and they said that the
Deced was dead, and Dept. believes
that the Deced Accidentally fell into
the Area there being no Rails before
the area Says that about half hour
after Eleven that Night and about
ten Minutes before Twelve Dept. passed
by the Area, but having no Light
this Dept. did not see the Deced in the
Area at either of there times.
