he saw the Deced walking there in a Field
appearing to be in Liquor, having a
Watch Chain hanging out of his Feb but Dept.
did not see a Watch does he for knew
that the Deced had one, Says that Deced
Staggered and Dept. saw him once fall down
That some Boys made game of him called
him foolish Tomy, and he ran after that
Boys.

he went a very to the Way and returned
immediately saying there was a Man Floating
up the River Thames with the Side, and Dept.
an looking said the Man Floating, Says that
Ramsey slipped the Rich and fastened but
to the Boat, takings of his Buckles
Hat & Wig, Says that Mr. Ramsey, Went
away for Worms and desired Dept. to look
to the Boat, Says that he went of July
at four o'Clock leaving the Deced fastened
to the Boat
