of St. Martin in the Fields on his Oath saith That
he has lived with the Deced upwards of three
Years That he walked out, this Morning as
usual and returned house a little before Nine
o' Clock when Elizabeth stevenson< no role > told him that
on her going to open the Parlour Window she
saw a Man's Legs extended upon the Sopha
there, upon which Dept. went into the Parlour
and saw his Master lying upon the Sopha
with a Pistol in his Right Hand and his Mouth
parthy open, and a great deal of Blood upon
the Sopha on the left side of the Deced's Head
the Deced appeared to be dead, and Dept. believes
that the Deced shot himself with the Pistol
which Dept. saw in his Hared, Says that for
about there Weeks last past the Deced has been
very Melacholy and, lone Spirited, & very
disordered from what he used to be, and
would three make any Answer when
spake to Says that he saw some Letters upon
the Table Scaled up

on his Oath saith that he his little there

and returned home about Eleven o' Clock what
the Parlour informed him that his Master had
Shot himself, Says that about Twelve o' Clock
the same the Deced lying upon the Sopha in
the Parlour with a Pistol in his right Hand
and Blood by the side of his Mouth and on
the Sopha the Deced being dead, and Dept.
believes that the Deced shot himself with
the Pistol that went in his Hand, Says that
of the his fortnight in there went [..] in the Deced
for being very [..] and long Spirited,
and thirdly above Spoke, and the Servants
frequinted observed and spoke of it on the
family
