Joseph Smith< no role > of New Bond Street in
the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
Apothecary on his Oath saith, That on
Wednesday Morning the 31st. October near
Eight o' Clock Dept. was desired to go to
Mr. Dorsets House in New Bond Street
which he did and found the Deced in
very great pain, complaining of his
Stomach, & Saying that he had reced
a Kick there from one of his Master's
Coach Horses in the Stable, Says that he
Examined the Part and found no
external Marks of violence there upon
Says that he bled the Deced, and he
was afterwards fomanted, but Deced
found no great relief, Says that the
Deced had every Assistance that cod.
be given him, but he died on Friday
Night the Second Instant, and Depont.
thinks it was in consequence of Bruises
which she reced in the Stomach by the
Kick from the Horse.
