Several times within the last three Days appeared to be
much disturbed in his imagination asking who all
those Persons wore in the Room, and desired Deponent to
turn them out, altho, no Persons were in the Room but
himself and Deponent, the Deced at one time fancied and
said the Coal Shuttle was a Ladys White Shipper, and the
Chair Standing by the Fire Ladie way a Gentleman dressed
in Regimentalswhere Deponent went into Deced Room
this Morning about Nine o'Clock he was awake but said
he was Sleepy, and desired her to come again at Ten
o' Clock which she did or Pear to thos hour he was then
Fast asleep she went up again at half after Ten, at
Eleven, at half after Eleven, and formed him Asleep at
cach of those times but at a quarter before Twelve when
she went up she found him awakeshe asked him of he
would have some Tea, he said yesshe brought him three
Caps and he eat a Price of FoastSays he looked very
wild and sternDeced ordered Deponent to bring a chair to
his Bed side and his Glass and Water and Twelve to wash
his Hands as usualDeponent asked if she should light

the Fore he said with all his Heart, she having before at
his order placed the Pistols in the Chair by his Bed side
when she came up with the wood to light the Fire, she
turned round and missed the Pistol, the Deced was looking
thro the Certains at her putting them aside with his Henry
White

her to put him up a Rush light and shut the window
for that he believed he could Sleep better by a Rush light
them by Day lightand told her to come up in and Her and
Knock at the Door, and if he was awake he would answer

Stairs leaving the Deced [..] in Bed, no other Person
being in the Roombeing much frightened she said to her
Follow Sewant what shall I do my Master has got the
Pistol in his Bed, in less than three Minutes she heard
the Report of a Pistol she immediately ran into the
Street and called Mr. Moore, and she & W. More, and her
Fellow Servant went up to the Deced Room it was full of
Smoke, she called Mr. Chetwyn. Mr. Chetwynd, but no answer
Mr. More then desire she would go and cale a Surgeon
& she went directlyand went up with the Doctor into the
Deced Room and time in Bed with Blood about his.
