Head and a Pistol in his right hand with the Muzzle to his right ren [..] the Pistole or the Bed lay himand appeared
to Deponent to be quite DeadDeponent did not Examine
the Wormbut believes the Worned on the Head was
occasioned by the Deceds discharging the Pistol, and that
that was the cause of his DeathDeponent says the
Deced said at one time there were Several ill looking Fallow
in the Room, and he would shoot them, at another time
that there wore Gentleman in the Room, and once said
whol time Ladies one here, at all of which times when
the Deced said so, No Persons were in the Room last two
Deced & herself and she has often heard him talk
otherwise in [..] and she is fully of Opinion
From her observation of him at Particular times that he
was disordered in his Mind.

Sarah May Gosling< no role > or her oath saith she has been Sewant to the Deced for
about a Fortnight, was his Cook, used to go into the
Deced Room once or times a Day, and when her Follow
Servant went or any Eve and, she went up to sit in the
Room till her Returnthe deced would some times lath
to her sensibly about the County particularly Walter
upon Thomas where she came from, and Sometimes he
has altered much, Saying there were Ladies in the Room

and Sometimes that there were Gentleman in the Room
that no Persons were then in the Room brit she and the
Deced, and she has pulled the Bed Certain a side and
described to him what Flowers was in the Curtains, he
has then said [..] so it is, those Curtains cost me a great
deal of Money, how easy it is to he Deceived, and
then Said he believed it was the Bedcross of his Head.
and she has great reason to believe that he was at times
not in his Perfect Mind, and says that her fellow
Servant has in conversation with her said she between
his Disorder had laid hold of his HeadDeponent on
hearing the Report of the Pistol went up into the
Deced Room with her fellow Sew out and Mr Moor and the Doctor
and saw the Bed Clothes Hoody about the Deced's
Head, and a Pistol lying dose to the right side of
his Head.
