William Budge< no role > Lodges in Mount Street Grosvenor Square
at Mrs. Chants No. 50 or his Oath saith that he has been
acquainted with the Deceased for Nine Years says the Deced
and he were in Company together on Saturday and Sunday last
at different Coffee Houses-Says the Deceased has been in
England this last time about a Month, and about a fortnight
of that time he was much in the Deceased Company-says
the Deceased's Bahaviour was very different he thought from
what it used to be, sometimes be appeared very low, and at
other times high spirited and particularly after Dinner
Deponent has thought his behaviour to he very improper and
inconsistent-Deceased appeared very heavy on Sunday night
Deceased slept with Deponent that night-and very little
Brakefast in the Morning, did not speak but when Dept.
spoke to him, and appeared [..] quite Melancholly he
what he used to be in then former Acquaintance which
was about three Years ago.-Deponent has frequently asked
the cause of the Deceased uneasiness, but he never could
get any Answer from him says the Deceased name was
Benjamin John< no role > Agace Le Grand.
