Six the Deced came for the Key of the Street Door which
she took unlucked the Street Door took
down the Shutters, Locked the Street Door
again and brought the Keys back into
Depts. Room, Says that Mr. Talley went
down Stairs about Seven o'Clock
and immediately informed Dept. that
she could notice the Deced and that
the Work was not done, That Mrs Talley
went out to have her Leg Dressed [..]
and returned in about Seven Minutes
and says that no Person in that time
came into the House Says that Miss
Hill soon after come there and Mrs.
Talley desired her to fetch the Broom
out of the Kitchin to sweep the Coffee Room
That she soon came up saying that she
saw a Chair standing by the side of the
Water tub, upon which Mrs. Talley said
there was no Chair by the water tub when
she was down, and that Miss Hill soon
went down again. and returned
immedidately clapping her hands and
saying She is in the Tub., Upon which
Dept. desired them to call Assistance
to get the Deced out and that some Men
come immediately, who took her out of
the Water tub, as Mr. Rabbit the Beadle
informed Dept. and Dept. believes that
the Deced Drowned herself, And Says that
he heard no Noise or Disturbance whatever
in his House Yesterday Morning and Says
that if any Work had happened there he [..]
have heard it.

Surgeon on his Oath saith That he this
day Examined the Body of Ann Tindale< no role >
the Deced , and found no Marks of violence
upon the Body that could [..] her
Death, That he thinks those that appeard
were owing to the Means used to restore
the Deced to life, who was Drowned
as Dept. was informed.
