Benjamin Neal< no role > Bayley of No. 12 Spring Gardens Gentleman
on his Oath Saith that yesterday about 3 oClock in the afternoon
in consequence of a Message from the Deceased he came to Mr.
Brewers, he was showed up to the Deced & found him Ill of
the Same Disorder he saw him Ill of at Clapham Deponent
went away on some Business for Major Scotton his Return
he soon found the Deceased was arrested by Bailiffs, he
understood that the Arrest was lawful but he thought as the
Deceased was very Ill they might have desisted for the
present but they said they could not, the Bailiffs did not
side any Violence but only insisted upon it that he must go.
