her Childabout Seven oClock in the Evening the Child cried
it was in the Cradle where the Deceased was, & the desired the
Deponent to take the Child to the Door, for that its Noise
disturbed her HeadDeponent took the Child to the Door, and
in about two or three Minutes she thought the Child wanted
Victuals and she returned into the Deceased's. Room to feed it
upon going into the Room she found the deceased was out of Bed
& gone from the Room & immediately went to the Butchers
Shop adjoiningDeponent went down Stairs first supposing her
to have been in the necessary, but she was not there, She
afterwards heard the Deceased was found in the Water Tub
below StairsDeceased lived about Two afterwards but
fever spokeSays the Deceased's Husband behaved very kind
to his Wife as far as she observed the little time she was there
and the Deceased told the Deponent herself that no Woman
had a better Husband and that they lived very happy.

Shop, the Maid of the Butcher's desired Deponent to go down
Stairs he look for the Deceased as they supposed the was gone
downDeponent first saw her Legs first and discovered he
in the Water Tub with her Head down wardsDeponent
assisted in getting her out and ca [..] ing her up Stairs.
She gave two Sights and Battled in her Throat. the Surgeons
was sent for and then he left the Room.

Saith that he was called to the Deceased in Company with
Mr. Broad bent another Surgeon, when she was taken [..] out
the Water Tub, she was aline but weak and low,
Application of Rubbing her were made, she went into
a strong Con [..] sion fit, when the fit was over She was
a little composed and Dept. & Mr Broad bent gave her some Medicines and a Blanket was put over her
Deponent left her and called again about nine o'Clock
when he was proposing putting her on a B [..] ter, and the
Deponent while holding her Hand, the Deceased expired
Deponent was informed the Deceased had a violent have
Supposes she might he delicious in consequence thereof and
that she might have received a damp by the Striking in of the Water
